I began my career in financial services in 1995 working in the 403b market with school districts and not for profits. After spending time as a financial advisor with large national firms I was promoted into management where I helped build the Austin market for a large investment firm. Following that I spent time with an institutional bond firm leading a team that served independent broker dealers. The last decade I spent as a financial advisor helping my clients with their planning and investment needs. Having a real relationship with my clients that is focused on their needs is my top priority. From that base, I am able to bring together quality investment management and planning for all stages of life for my clients and their businesses. Growing up in San Angelo, I learned that the importance of a person's word and the value of honest work. I try to bring that to my business and life. My wife, Courtney and I have 5 children and 3 dogs. She is a 4th grade teacher in Bastrop and loves helping kids reach levels they didn't think they could. We recently became empty nesters and when we are not travelling to see kids or family, we enjoy trips to the beach, watching the Astros, or simply spending time cooking out in our backyard in Cedar Creek.
