I am a hard-working, plant loving professional landscaper looking for the right company to call home. I have 7 years experience in the industry and I am ready for account management. OPM certified and ALCA certified, taught by the best, Shannon Scott @AAA Landscaping who just celebrated 43 years of educating the valleys best landscapers. I’m trying to start my own company but I’m finding it’s difficult with the vast competition out there and it’s scary not having that guaranteed paycheck. With a roster line up of ELS, AAA, Brightview, Siteworks, and Trademark landscaping, I’m ready to settle down into a company that I retire from. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side, and unfortunately I had to learn that the hard way. I’m honest, dependable and very knowledgeable of both native and ornamental plants and have a passion ,or I guess you could say obsession, with cacti and succulents having a collection numbered well into the thousands.I know all the ins and outs of landscaping with irrigation being my area that I need improvement on. I can fix leaks and have installed my own system which seems to be working just fine but as technology improves these new systems, it’s hard to keep up. But hey, that’s what irrigation techs are for, right?I’m looking for someone to give me a chance at a supervisor position or at least a supervisor in training position, I’ve been stuck at crew leader for 5 years now. Which I enjoy doing, but can’t buy a house on a crew leaders salary( one of the most underpaid jobs in the valley in my opinion)and I’m ready to plant some roots and have a house of my own.I’m not sure if this is what I’m suppose to say here, but it’s honest and genuine. I take pride in everything I do which is hard to find these days. My work ethic is top notch and I have an eye for detail, great leadership skills, and am a team player.
