Indoor Cultivation Manager (and Budtender at Retail Location as needed) Oversee and operate indoor hydroponic cannabis garden. Track cost and maintain efficiency. Take care of all day to day chores: watering, reservoir prep, mixing and adjusting ph, cloning, planting/transplant, pruning, fertilizing, organic pesticide application, preventative pesticide application, environmental controls, harvest/trim/quality control,extraction/production of concentrates. *Budtender: General product knowledge: educate patients on strains and medicinal properties between Indica/Sativa/Hybrids/CBD as well as flowers/edibles/concentrates/topicals. Explain methods of delivery, assist with selection of medication, weighing/packaging/labeling, maintain fully stocked and clean stations, enter sales in POS system, check-in/verification of existing patients, processing/verification of new patients, assist owner with quality control of outside Vendor donations.
