CurrentHead of Technical Services division, responsible and accountable manager for the strategic development and continuous improvement of 6 operational sections. Broad knowledge and management experience with a highly credible record at both strategic and operational levels. Commercially and compliance focussed whilst meeting set targets/goals. • Accountable Manger for the delivery of contractor performance and compliance. • Management and delivery of cleaning contract across LLA portfolio of buildings. • Development and delivery of LLA five year capital plan for asset replacement and innovation.• Experience in Managing the HSE function within LLA. Risk management group Chair and lead in risk profiling • Effective at managing a team and working on own initiative, displaying good analytical skills and prioritisation of tasks.• Team performance and development with a strategic and continuous improvement focus .• Accounatble for the cost management of multiple Opex and Capex budgets, contracts and projects. Recent project includes delivery of standard 3 X-ray machines in a complex operational environment .• Procurement lead on all TSD tenders and contract negotiations • Dedicated, enthusiastic and innovative individual regularly applying a logical or procedural approach• Experience in working within more than one site and advising group function on group policy and process• Highly motivated and accountable individual who prioritises the commercial needs of the business in all aspects of role.
