Due to the rapid growth and success I joined in 2011 after the impact of the 2008 crash had hit my retail employers hard resulting in two consecutive business closures. I joined to assume the role of MD and Registered Manager allowing my wife to concentrate on care standards and delivery. It has been an incredibly enlightening shift in careers. Far from easy and incredibly challenging, but we now stand as a proud and well established care provider in our area. Turnover growing year on year peaking at £477'000 pa prior to the ongoing impact of the pandemic and economic climate.
