Electronic Scoring Systems, LLC is an off-shoot from the system developed at Bass River Tennis Club for our own use. We launched at the beginning of the year. It allows players on the court to use iPads to capture and display the score. The captured score is maintained on a real-time database, which is then available on the other courts, throughout the club, and anywhere there is a wifi connection. Recently grandparents in Florida watched their grandson compete in the club championship in Boston. The system was designed so that it is quicker to use by the players than flipping the score cards. After working successfully at Bass Rive Tennis and being complimented by visitors to our site, we decided to modify the software to make it easily installable at other clubs of all types. Recently we again modified it to support other sports such as pickle ball using voice and Apple Watch technology. As of October 30, 2023 we have received our first patent on the system and application. The patent number is 11,801,434. I have been the lead technical architect, developer and designer working with my Partner Michael LaPierre who is also a co-owner of the new entity and our Tennis Club. In addition, we added a new Chief Technology Officer and equity owner, Conor Sweeney, who has been mykey advisor while developing an iOS and Android application.

Organized, structured and founded a Member Managed LLC focused on investing in options based on an "options theory" developed by a colleague who has extensively focused on options for the past 50 years. Members were encouraged to join based on excess cash positions with limited potential earnings and current high risk of the equities market. Projections based on "modeling the approach" for the prior month showed a return in excess of 20% at the same time the equities market was seeing extensive losses. The club will explore alternative models for investing in the future with all members having an equal vote versus voting power based on the individual investments. The club's goal is to make a profit, learn more about trading and have fun with old friends.

Company operates 10 court indoor facility (as well as 10 court outdoor facility during the summer) with over 1000 members providing lessons, league play, USTA play and tournaments. In addition, we have developed iPad / iPhone software that is now being marketed to other tennis clubs and is responsible for obtaining the score entered courtside by the players using an iPad (instead of flip cards), capturing the information, and making it available on all the courts, throughout the club and remote. The software also offers iPhone and Android ap that can be obtained by members to keep current on the courts.

Thoro Technologies (www.thorotechnologies.com) is an innovative technology company providing software solutions to the horse racing industry. The companies first product, RASEM, allows race tracks to increase the number of horses running in each race and the number of races being run by understanding the needs and availability of horses on a weekly basis.

Founded and managed a multi-client fund for investing in Nano Technology related companies. Investments include both an entity which manufactures advanced materials based products, and a company which has a patented proprietary method for creating Carbon Nanotubes at the same time as sequestering CO2. Served as a close advisor to the Founders of both entities. Consolidated investors into direct investors into the underlying investments.

Active member of advisory board for this management entity which has raised over $100 million and is involved in major green technology projects ranging from Bio-Mass energy creation, Retail Solar Power farms, Pellet Coal Replacement and Water Purification. Assisted in strategic decisions and deal structures, in particular related to the raising of additional funds to successfully launch and operate the diverse development projects.
