CurrentWith a focus on best training practices and adult learning principles, I effectively plan, design, and facilitate in-person, online, and blended courses to serve the needs of over 250 students annually. Whether teaching beginner to advanced levels, specialized language courses, or cultural immersion experiences, I pride myself on engaging learners, assessing progress, and providing constructive feedback for measurable outcomes. My expertise spans across a wide range of levels, including beginner to advanced levels, Spanish for specific purposes, and Spanish culture courses. Some of my key achievements in this role include:• I revamped our department's course offerings by creating new courses and remodeled course-specific learning outcomes, content, and assessment activities for our foreign language courses to align with national standards, resulting in increased student engagement, performance, and overall learning outcomes across diverse learning levels and styles.• I collaborated effectively with colleagues and actively participated in departmental, university-wide, and state-level committees to develop innovative curriculum and program ideas, align mission statements and goals, and enhance the quality and consistency of university-wide curricula.
