Providing HR Transactional services to Alcoa businesses in multiple locations with HR shared service personnel based at the locations and in the shared service hub in Hungary.Key services provided including payroll ownership (processing and vendor management), system support for Oracle HR and localized Time & Attendance, recruitment support and employee life-cycle administration.In addition I lead the Process Improvements European team with responsibility towards HR shared services across Europe. Defining the strategic initiatives, key projects and driving change through Standardising, streamlined transactional processes, increasing efficiency through centralisation and usage of technology.Originally employed as HRSD Manager for UK, role expanded to absorb Netherlands in 2011 and Northern Europe/process improvements in January 2012.

My main interim role was to transition the Payroll function into the HR Transactional Shared Service centre which was the final function to move and stabalise. Involved review and redefining payroll & HR Administration processes, changing roles of staff, implementation of new support chain (helpdesk) and managing the physical move to the service centre.
