About Mark Greksa

Owner and Chief Visionary Officer of the Royal Gorge Route Railroad, LLC, since 1998. My focus is to provide the vision and experience in helping a staff of up to 300 run this scenic railroad. The Royal Gorge Route provides guests with a spectacular and safe rail journey through Colorado's Royal Gorge, made complete with outstanding food and beverage service. Since inception in 1998, we've grown from 75,000 guests a year, to 240,000 annually. With a continuing passion for travel and an airplane, exploring unique destinations throughout the world works for both business and pleasure. Most days in the winter, you'll find me either on the slopes, nordic center, or backcountry skiing, or in AZ road cycling, mountain biking or running. My goal is to grow the Royal Gorge Route Railroad into one of the top destination attractions in the U.S.
