CFO for International supplier of piping, valves and fittings for oil, gas and mining industry. My responsibilities include providing leadership and support in accounting, financial reporting, Human Resources, employee benefits, banking relations, cash management including foreign currency transactions, budget development and monitoring, insurance relationships and staff development. I work together with all departments to provide the needed resources to meet the company goals.

Perform all accounting functions for multiple companies including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, monthly and annual financial statements, facility maintenance, contract negotiation, banking services and preparation of annual tax returns. Manage approximately 55,000 sq ft of commercial office space including tenant recruitment, lease negotiation, property maintenance and rent collections. Perform construction accounting for a large development project approximately $30 million in total value.

Manage all operations of Homeowner Association and Condo Association Management company including accounting and collections functions, maintenance operations and community association managers (CAM's). Represents the company with prospective clients and homeowners. Negotiates management contracts, resolve association issues, provide training and guidance to staff, develop various reports and strategies to continue building successful management company.

Responsible for accounting, budgeting, payroll, purchasing and procurement, warehousing, print shop, risk management, food service and system applications for the 8th largest school district in Florida. The District serves over 94,000 students in 140 schools.
