I successfully applied for a Top Talent Fellowship working for the SVP of Cluster North – this gave me tremendous insight into Senior Management and the operations of the Cluster and enabled me to build a greatly expanded network. I primarily worked on strategic initiatives including developing a new service offering for a Premium Consulting Engagement.

I re-energised the Development team and then changed role to build the Architecture team. Both of my teams have combined some of the highest utilisation in the UK whilst maintaining and developing strategic skills through effective development plans.

I worked on projects across all major industries from Aerospace and Banking to Public Sector and Retail. A large proportion of my work involved analyzing, improving and technically implementing business processes using Workflow technology. This spanned processes as diverse as leave approval, procurement, repairing a jet engine and new product introduction.
