● Process orders via email or phone● Check data accuracy in orders and invoices● Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries● Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries● Maintain and update sales and customer records● Develop monthly sales reports● Communicate important feedback from customers internally● Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations● Stay up-to-date with new products and features● Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap,label, ship)● Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)● Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization● Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers● Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment● Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations● Complete diary logs into inventory● Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing andprospective customers● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction● Continuously improve through feedback● Follow DOT regulations and safety standards● Inform customers about new products and services● Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints● Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle● Follow routes and time schedule● Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes

● Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition● Move and park vehicles, pick up and deliver vehicles to correct locations● Manage inventory and reorder supplies● Respond to client inquiries and fulfill their requests● Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using a variety of products and methods● Apply protective finishes to the exteriors of our customers’ cars● Perform inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process has been completed● Answer any questions that customers have about their car detailing

● Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service● Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures● Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards● Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc● Propose innovative ideas to increase market share● Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)● Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance● Additional store manager duties as needed● Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback
