As CEO of Community Software Solutions, Inc. (CSS), I lead a team of professionals that develop, deliver and support custom Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products to government agencies and nonprofit organizations. CSS systems support government social programs for large scale youth employment, internship, after-school, case management, voucher and payment programs. CSS systems aid clients in overcoming the complexity of large scale enrollment, assignment, activities, attendance, hours entry and payroll to maximize their funding in the service of select communities. CSS nonprofit clients use our Eleo online software to organize and communicate with donors to support a wide array of causes, such as, environmental, mental health, disability, education, youth, elderly and more. I founded CSS in 1991 when computers and software were just beginning to make an impact in every office and organization. We’ve always focused heavily on design to ensure that our software is easy-to-use, aligned with workflows and is beneficial to users. In 2012, CSS developed Eleo, an Online Donor Management system to ensure that all nonprofits, regardless of size and budget, would have access to affordable yet powerful online tools to strengthen donor relationships and increase fundraising.CSS customer and technical service teams enthusiastically support our clients in utilizing our products to support their missions and goals.
