Created mission, vision, compliance documents, and all marketing collateral. Opened agency, built market presence and trust, developed and implemented marketing strategy to build awareness from the hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and general public. Responsible for generating over 5,000 patients/clients. Manages the Marketing and Sales Departments, manages Emergency Planning and Coordination, procures PPE during pandemic, liaisons with regional, state, and federal emergency preparedness agencies. Recruits, Hires, and Credentials all employees. Instrumental in establishing the agency as one of the top home care agencies with 4.5 stars on Medicare Home Health Compare and Rated 4.5 stars on Google.
