Over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry including project management, pre-construction services such as site selection, estimating, pre-construction planning, creating and reviewing owner contracts as well as subcontractor contracts. During construction, predominately held project management positions having responsibilities of contract administration, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial reporting, etc. Extensive experience in the Design Build delivery method as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. Successfully completed projects meeting or exceeding timelines and budgets for many different companies, developers, educational facilities and government entities. Managed projects for such companies as Paychex, Inc., Eastman Kodak Company, Xerox Corporation, Heidelberg Digital Inc., Nexpress Inc. Gunlocke, Inc. and Private Developers. Experience with higher education includes working on a variety of projects for The University of Rochester, Cornell University, St. Petersburg College and The University of South Florida. Experience with Municipalities and Government Entities has included constructing projects for The Tampa International Airport, The State of New York, The City of Tampa, The Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC and several Florida Counties including Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, and Collier Counties.
