As Vice President of Sales and Business development, I provide leadership in developing strategy that drives Adara’s direct sales and sales channel objectives. In particular, in addition to seeking and interfacing directly with new Service Provider customers, I focus on areas where the adoption of Adara’s advanced service solutions can be accelerated through collaboration with strategic partners, and managing our team of sales executives.

Manager of Business Development I led a direct and extended team of software and product engineers, program managers, and business operations managers in support of Cisco’s Connected Device Business, part of the Service Provider Video Technology Group. Responsibilities include developing business growth strategies, sector P&L, OpEx allocation, long term business evolution, customer hardware and software development plan execution and support, forecasting, and business agreement strategy and functional assurance

I led a regional sales team utilizing my 13 years of demonstrated success managing sales territories, to exceed goals through thought leadership, facilitating teamwork, and promoting strategic thinking. This role required excellent skills as a negotiator to close annual and quarterly purchasing agreements. Strong communication skills with broad experience creating complex proposals involving finance, legal, and business unit resources were required. Efforts yielded a transformation of customer relationships and business results through teamwork and solutions-based selling. Significant experience was gained interacting with C-Suite and senior client executives.

Developed Telco Video business with domestic Telco Video Forum Customers and Bell Canada. Supported tier 1 and tier 2 clients in the US and Canada.

Managed sales account activity for multiple service provider clients in the Southeastern region of the US. Annual account quotas were in excess of $100 million.
