    Over a year ago, ACSI acquired a state-of-the-art call center in Tijuana, Mexico, a short 20-minute drive from San Diego. The center mirrors the same technology and data procedures we employ in our Las Vegas headquarters. However, the Tijuana location means our clients can realize a significant cost savings compared to that of running a call center in the United States - as much as 50% or more.At ACSI, we handle the overflow for a client’s call centers by offering reduced waiting times and staffing flexibility (24/7 operations are no problem for us). If it’s not overflow, and a client needs a brand-new setup, we are in a position to provide that too - for as long as needed.Our solutions are also scalable.
