Our Disposable Protective Apparel division has 3 factories producing a full range of disposable apparel for labs, clean rooms, and the medical industry.

• Led sourcing, production, quality assurance, and inbound logistics for the Lilly Pulitzer line of ladies’, children’s and men’s apparel sold through company-owned stores, specialty stores, and major department stores. Added accountabilities for accessories and footwear in September 2008.• Shaped, updated, and executed global sourcing strategies consistent with corporate direction.• Collaborated with design, product development, technical design, merchandising, and sales executives in creating seasonal product development calendars and assuring product integrity.

Sourced new factories to expand vendor base.

• Created business strategies for apparel product development, sourcing and production in Latin American region. • Contributed to growth in annual volumes from US$7 million to US$80 million (1994-1998). • Created and implemented training programs for merchandising staff. Directed merchandising teams in executing plans to achieve product, price, quality, and delivery goals.• Spearheaded the regional implementation of company initiatives to include zero defects, social compliance, and vendor performance reporting programs.
