With over 20 years of experience in organisation design, change management, and business transformation, I have led and delivered numerous projects across various industries and sectors, including financial services, consumer, retail, energy, education, and public sector.I am passionate about people in organisations, and how the emerging mega trends, digital transformation, and the changing nature of work affect how people organise themselves to achieve multiple goals. I leverage my credentials in industrial psychology, accounting science, human-centered design, and data analytics to design and implement new operating models and structures that increase productivity, engagement, and adoption, while taking a people-first approach that co-creates solutions quickly and works for everyone.
