CurrentBenefits Administration• Provide technical and functional support for daily operations of all benefit related activities. • Assist in the administration of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement plans, including plan design, modification, recordkeeping, reporting, and disclosure. • Monitor and react to federal and state regulation changes concerning benefits administration to ensure compliance with legal requirements.• Provide user support, troubleshoot productions issues and build custom queries to assist in resolution.• Defined system specifications, project scope, requirements, and drafted test cases in order to ensure completeness and accuracy.• Deliver training and presentations with the rollout of new processes, procedures and system upgrades.• Represent aligned business and HR group in issues requiring escalation and discussion, while ensuring enterprise solutions.
