Mark Hackett MA MSc FRICS ACIArb is the Senior Partner of Mark Hackett Associates LLP.Before establishing MHA at the beginning of 2009, Mark was a Partner in Davis Langdon LLP where he headed that Practice’s legal support services group. The work of MHA is primarily aimed at assisting lawyers in the dispute resolution process arising out of which Mark has been involved in numerous high profile and large value disputes both at home and abroad. Further detail of this work can be found at the website link given above.In addition to his dispute resolution work, Mark has written a number of construction text books (listed below) and he is a regular speaker on construction related topics.Specialties: Dispute resolution in the capacity of Mediator, Adjudicator and Expert Witness. As an Expert Witness, Mark has testified in Arbitrations (domestic and international) and the High Court.
