CurrentEngage with customers to listen, advise, and fullfill their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Write up service tickets, calculate wait-times, and perform essential duties that aid in providing customers with the best experience during a stressful time. Assign service tickets to the best suited technician for the task to ensure proper completion of work to be performed as well as in a timely manner. When not assisting customers, provide support to the technicians by performing maintenance work on vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, mount and balancing of tires, and other general service technician duties.
