Extensive experience from previous positions in both Practice and various industries, across small and large organisations.I am currently Chief Operating Officer for IPRS Group Limited, a group of four companies operating in the healthcare sector. Having joined as Finance Director in early 2018 I have been part of the senior team that doubled the size of the business in 5 years to £26.5m revenue, having led the business, alongside the CEO, through a sale in 2022 to handl Group.With a track record of consistently achieving budgets, the Group continues to grow, projecting a £35m turnover for the May 2024 year, with growth opportunities in the following year giving a £50m projection for May 2025.As part of the move to Chief Operating Officer in early 2023, my responsibilities now include Group Finance, IT and Governance and Compliance departments, alongside direct accountability for the IPRS Health and Aeromed businesses which represent 70% of the group revenue.
