Provide strategic oversight for the entire business operations of the church, including financial management of a $3 million annual budget, human resources for 45+ employees, and facility oversight of a $26 million building

Administer the revenue and expenses of a $2.25 million annual church budget including the following tasks:Handle all donations via check, cash, credit card, ACH, stock, and in-kind donations; keep accurate donor and pledge records; recruit, train, and supervise volunteer countersManage accounts payable, including receiving, recording, and processing all invoices and check requestsProcess bi-monthly payroll for 60+ employees, ensuring accurate time sheets, appropriate deductions, and all payroll tax filing and formsPrepare regular financial reports for Business Administrator, Finance Committee, as well as other staff/committeesServe as benefits administrator for church employees, managing health, life, and supplemental insurance policiesHandle administrative tasks such as IT support, background checks, and bulk mailings

Coordinate the following weekly and seasonal activities:1) Provide piano music for Sunday morning worship, accompanying congregational singing and providing instrumental service music.2) Direct and accompany the Adult choir3) Coordinate and lead Worship Team monthly in planning and implementing music/worship experiences for the church throughout the year, especially during significant seasons (Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, Pentecost)4) Meets with Worship Team monthly and conducts the meetings.
