Interface implementation for data exchange with external claims systems and other sources and targets for data, using custom transaction formats as well as HIPAA X12 standards such as the 278, 834, 835, and 837-P/I.Portals. UI and feature design for provider portal access to validate member eligibility, request authorizations and extensions for services, and interact with customer service or other appropriate users, and member portal access for program and eligibility status, a document library with correspondence history, and customer service access.
