Responsibilities/accomplishments: implemented a fully functional and independent Helpdesk to support the Canadian Operations of an International Travel Agency. Designed and implemented a fully functional Wide Area Network for Canadian Operations including T1, DSL and Home Internet. Designed/Implemented an emergency Telco plan and data backup/recovery plan.
