Before joining the team this major programme of change for the Trust’s Maternity unit, had been experiencing some delays in many areas of delivery. Working very closely with both the Trust and the 3rd party providers (including the Trust’s IT partner ATOS), I mobilised the delivery, developed a strong engagement and communication model across all parties. There was an excellent ‘can do’ team attitude and this resulted in very successful delivery of both the Badgernet Neonatal and Maternity applications into the Trust as planned (and budgeted) in February and March 2023.
