These events include high end limousine transportation, private box suite accommodations and great food and beverage options to events such as Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Blue Jays, and concerts such as Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, and Elton John. I have also hosted and coordinated exclusive and intimate celebrity Meet & Greet experiences for my members including Doug Gilmour (Toronto Maple Leafs), Reality TV Star Stephanie LaGrossa (Survivor), and Melissa Etheridge (musician). Developing a strong interpersonal relationship with the member database augments their loyalty and experience to the program.Financial, budget, and data analysis have been key to my success in this role. The members of the loyalty program will dictate what offers and rewards they want to receive and the data will demonstrate the best way to execute those experiences that build a strong return for the company.
