To effectively manage the relationship and coordination between all external third parties and CCP business managers in relation to the use and transmission of data used by all Car Care Plan’s systems.Establish and maintain effective processes and controls to satisfy all relevant business, regulatory and legislative requirements relating to external data and 3rd party interfaces.Generally monitor the quality and timeliness of the services provided by all data suppliers and partners, and CCP service to 3rd party clients.Provide a central and first point of contact for all third party data interfaces for CCP management, partners and clients. Create and maintain accurate records of all data interface agreements. This includes a central inventory detailing all file designs, layouts/formats, transmission types and frequencies, and contact details. Ensure that redundant interfaces are withdrawn and de-scoped from the various systems.Liaise between external third parties and CCP Management to resolve data transfer issues, helping to develop and co-coordinate solutions. Formally log and process requests for new data interfaces, and changes to existing interfaces, through the appropriate Governance process. Ensure that standard file formats are proposed wherever possible.Submit new interface requests and changes to existing interfaces to appropriate approval groups..
