Responsible for all aspects of starting this program from securing lending platforms with RouteOne and DealerTrack, implementing as Project Manager the merge between RO/DT, loan operating system and core system. Developing a team of 4 Credit Officers and 4 Dealer Service Representatives to handle over 2100 applicaitons per month and contracts over $10MM. Through this process, we were able to grow the department from zero originations to over $249MM in originations, with static pool charge-offs of .53% and delinquency of .43%Servicing 55 dealers in MS, AL and LA with KFCU having over 20% market share.

Developed and oversaw product positioning through educating automobile dealers on credit procedures and marketing throughout Midwest territory that included all of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Increase in ROE through identification and resolution of application and vehicle fraud from large volume dealers – pioneered “watch list” process between sales and credit to create plan of action and terminate violations. Awarded Profitable Growth Star in 2005 (only one issued in Auto Finance division).

Average loan sized was $20,000. 5MM in net volume per branch in major markets.• Launched consultative selling method after winning over reluctant-to-change sales team and greatly improved sales calls to increase contract volume per dealer from 1.2 to 2.8 in 1 year.• Overhauled territory-overlap issues and restructured team assignments to reduce mileage from $9000 to $4500 per month.
