Mark Hall is a commercial real estate agent and land developer based in Savannah. His experience in the local market over the last 30 years gives him a unique level of expertise and knowledge. Mr. Hall’s approach to real estate is relationship-based. Throughout his career he has developed connections with community and municipal leaders which he harnesses for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Hall comes from a family of land developers and dirt movers. He has been in land development and real estate in Savannah for over three decades, and has successfully developed two large-scale golf course communities in Georgia. He worked with nationally renowned golf course architects: Rees Jones in Southbridge and Bob Cupp on Westbrook. He also partnered with Greg Norman on Savannah Quarters-- a 1600-acre mixed use community, which is a legacy accomplishment. Mr. Hall was also a founding partner in Marabou, a ranch preservation community in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

I've lead large-scale projects such as: -Westbrook at Savannah Quarters with sales of over $75 million dollars. -The development of a Bob Cupp Golf Course-Renovation of the VA Hospital to a Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) office building to be named one of the largest, successful, historic renovation projects in the city of Savannah-Gulfstream Aerospace Research and Development office buildings-Maribou Ranch a 1,788 acre shared community in the Colorado Rockies. -Rees Jones Golf Course, Southbridge Golf Community and the Grand Lake Lodge and Spa, this project alone resulted in sales in excess of $400 million dollars.I am a member of Savannah Area REALTORS and the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Savannah. I've been an Executive Board Member of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board and Member of the Advisory Board for the Savannah Economic Development Authority. Current community engagements include Chaines des Rotisseurs and the Savannah Music Festival Development Community.
