I have more than 30 years of experience in real estate, including residential, commercial and industrial development. I've lead large-scale projects such as: -Westbrook at Savannah Quarters with sales of over $75 million dollars. -The development of a Bob Cupp Golf Course-Renovation of the VA Hospital to a Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) office building to be named one of the largest, successful, historic renovation projects in the city of Savannah-Gulfstream Aerospace Research and Development office buildings-Maribou Ranch a 1,788 acre shared community in the Colorado Rockies. -Rees Jones Golf Course, Southbridge Golf Community and the Grand Lake Lodge and Spa, this project alone resulted in sales in excess of $400 million dollars.I am a member of Savannah Area REALTORS and the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Savannah. I've been an Executive Board Member of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board and Member of the Advisory Board for the Savannah Economic Development Authority. Current community engagements include Chaines des Rotisseurs and the Savannah Music Festival Development Community.
