Mark is an area native, growing up in Brockport, NY. He has been hooked on building since his first summer job framing a house at 15 years old. Mark studied Construction Engineering Technology at SUNY College of Technology at Alfred and excelled at Earth Mechanics and Hydraulics. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology. The RIT internship program introduced Mark to a variety of engineering and municipal career opportunities, but it was with his first sitework contractor estimating position that Mark’s passions for construction and engineering merged. It was there that his “formal” education began. Mark joined Monroe Roadways in 2004 as Estimator and Project Manager. He is an asset in navigating Monroe Roadways through changing markets and technology. Mark gets to know each customer’s needs and custom crafts every proposal to the perfect blend of services. He is a great contributor to every project he teams up on. His commitment to the customer’s needs from project inception through construction completion and beyond have proved out in the success of hundreds of projects.
