CBC Companies is the parent company of Innovis, CBCInnovis, DataVerify, Factual Data and CBCS. I have worked as an engineer and manager of teams that support firewalls, core IP route/switch, Windows Server/Desktop support, Exchange, VPN, Security, VMWare, Citrix and Telecom. A large part of IT system deployment, maintenance, support and disposal fell under my department’s responsibility. I was the managing Networking, Windows Server, VMWare Infrastructure and PC deployment for all companies. We also supported the normal collection of associated business software systems for HR, Payroll, Security and other applications. My department interfaced directly with senior management, business management, business operations, customer end users, customer audit/security, and our internal end user community.

Team America went out of business/bankrupt 9/2003, I then did contracting work for the company during the oversight by the courts to ensure that the Department of Labor had proper access to Information Technology resources during the shutdown of operation. My responsibilities here included supporting the nationwide corporate Frame-Relay network. Implementing IPSec VPN connections to allow users at home to gain access to our network. Implementation of a Voice over IP phone system. I also supported, implemented and designed all network changes and additions, Citrix solutions, Exchange, Active Directory, and other corporate systems.

At this Internet Service Provider I supported all aspects of Analog Dialups, ISDN, Email and web hosting. I serviced all the in house systems, routers, email, web, RAS equipment and databases. When I left we supported around 500 dialup internet users and two dozen businesses with ISDN connections. I also worked as a consultant to many businesses to configure and maintain their networks. Finally I did contract work when Computel sold to Netwalk Inc, of Columbus Ohio to integrate Computel customers with their systems.

Job here ranged in all aspects of computer manufacturing on an OEM basis. Also building and maintaining several networks for the company intranet and internet solutions. Here I performed a migration from an internet hosting company to a self hosted solution of an IIS/ColdFusion website that was used by our company as a front-end for all internet orders of computer equipment.
