Mark joined RTI in 2003 and is responsible for growing the global operations of the Services organization worldwide, which includes educational, consulting, and field services.He’s led the professional services department for the past 9 years and brings over 30 years of experience in technical and customer-facing leadership roles and participates as a member of RTI’s Executive Management Team. He works closely with RTI’s CEO and top executives in formulating current and long-range strategies, and objectives to achieve synergistic functional alignment and attainment of financial and strategic goals all while maximizing company return on investment.Mark is passionate about customer success and is responsible for translating global business priorities into operational tactics in order to guide the services business to exceed established goals. He manages the services product portfolio with the principle goal to work closely with our growing customer base, and accelerate their time-to-value ensuring they maximize the value realized when leveraging RTI technology.Mark’s previous experience includes positions at Wind River Systems (Sr. Field Applications Engineer) and the Applied Physics Laboratory (System Design Engineer) designing embedded real-time systems, and leading the development of multiple intelligence systems, and high-performance embedded software subsystems for numerous US Navy programs including the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) and Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS).Mark graduated with a BSEE degree from Virginia Tech, Magna Cum Laude, and a MSEE from Johns Hopkins University.
