In my position I lead a team of 40 associates in a retail environment. In this capacity I was responsible for onboarding, scheduling and employee care. I was in charge of talent acquisition and personnel positioning for our location as well. I also took care of all payroll responsibilities for our location.

As photo manager at Cash Wise Foods, I was responsible for all aspects of running the photo lab. The responsibilities included talent acquisition, training and scheduling of all photo associates, helping guests with gathering and placing digital and negative orders and using software to rout orders to the proper printers. I was also responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues with both lab equipment and software used in the printing process. Along with prints of all sizes and finishes, I was responsible for creating different kinds of gifting items, including photo mugs, books, greeting cards, calendars, canvas prints and other specialty items. I also have extensive experience using Photoshop as a service of our photo lab.
