Utilising social media making KX the 'go to' arts area, retaining an 'edge' to keep it authentic. • Drafted Neighbourhood Framework & 9 Action Plans, a precursor to AAPs; focused upon heritage & start up/cultural industries. Cited as best practice by GoL. The brief & licensing regime facilitated relocation of Guardian media group & the first private concert hall in UK for a century 'Kings Place' • Invented the 'Top Slice S106' using revenue from advertising hoarding over dev sites to fund civic projects. • Cut crime by 75% via joint agency working; Operation Strong Box | Operation Welwyn, disrupting sex worker & drug dealing.
