•Attending Train the Trainer sessions to successfully learn how to deliver training to a team of staff through a SAP Technical upgrade •User acceptance testing (UAT) suing HP ALM QC Centre to ensure all aspects of SAP ECC6 work before go live date •Raising defects against problems that occur during UAT •Integrated system testing (ITS) to make sure all SAP printers and other aspects of operations are working online without failing•Aggression testing – Throwing 1000’s of orders per hour at SAP to make sure the new ECC6 upgrade can handle the amount of work on a day to day basis •Successfully delivering training to staff, ensuring that the team understand the changes that occur in the technical upgrade •Guiding staff through the Brakes Change Academy, tracking their progress and making sure the training that has been delivered to them helps them achieve 100% when taking multiple choice tests •Travelling around the country to different depots to attend meetings, conference calls, training sessions and testing sessions •Gaining a vast knowledge of SAP and how it works
