Managed a team of engineers and information developers for the IBM Web Content Manager product. The team was responsible for third level support, product maintenance, field architecture, best practices development special services engagements and information development.

Chief architect for IBM Web Content Manager and the Personalization component of Websphere Portal. Guiding the evolution of the acquired product into the IBM portfolio through aggressive adoption of platform components.

Led a team of developers to build a Java-based Web Content Management product called Aptrix. Numerous duties from development to architecture to project management. This product was acquired by IBM and is currently part of the IBM Digital Experience platform.

Development of websites and web-based applications in ASP, Perl, and Lotus Notes environments. Developed a Lotus Notes-based web content management system that was turned into a product called Aptrix, later reworked as a Java app when I returned to this company in 2000.
