Managed, prepared and won a Railroad Commission of Texas state-wide contract for environmental investigation, remedial design and remediation contractor oversight of oil and gas exploration/production sites.

Project Manager for environmental investigation/remediation sites up to $7.0 million for the Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District. Examples of remediation projects include landfill caps, removal of contaminated soil, and restoration of small arms firing range. I employed risk assessments to establish risk based cleanup goals. Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager of the Underground Test Area project at the DOE Nevada Test Site (NTS). I managed a $6.0 million/year cost plus type contract. Overall objective was to assess the extent and magnitude of radionuclide contamination of the deep groundwater flow system underlying the NTS. Project Manager for several U.S. Navy and commercial projects up to $3.0 million. The projects include a large RFI/CMS at the NAS, Key West, Florida, CERCLA Remedial Investigations (Madison Co. Landfill, and Hercules Toxaphene Landfill), and plume delineation studies associated at the Jacksonville NAS and Aero Corporation, in Lake City, Florida.

Project Manager for a contamination assessment at a Town Gas Site that required characterizing hydrogeological flow system in 3-dimensions. Developed, managed and performed CERCLA groundwater investigations to assess degree of contamination.
