Remit to standardize work practices and train the buyers to an acceptable level of performance. Transitioned into a VA/VE team leading savings workshops along with focus on improving supplier quality and delivery performance. • Managed a team of program buyers responsible for sourcing new programs from award through to SOP. Multiple programs sourced and launched in a period of dynamic growth for the company with sourcing under initial business plan and improved performance against the ongoing BP's resulting in $38M savings. Developed a sourcing plan for each commodity within each program.

Responsible for commodity strategy, management of supplier panel and contract negotiation resulting in $30M of program life savings.

Achieved over 6% of savings in designated commodities and additionally managed the Indirect and Capital Equipment buyers for the 4 UK sites.
