I am a Certified Software Test Analyst (ISTQB), Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 and 27001) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner (LBS Partners). I also have ITIL Certification, a Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection as well as Data Modelling and Business Intelligence Reporting Certifications.Since joining MAPS in 2016, I have worked on a number of major Projects for Customers including Dublin City University, SAOLTA University Care Group, Bord Bia, TUD Blanchardstown, NUI Galway and the University of Limerick.My Project roles have included Business Analysis, Process Mapping and Analysis, Process Documentation, Business Intelligence Reporting, Software Testing, Data Analysis, Customer Liaison, Training and Support.Proficient in applications including Microsoft Visio (BPMN 2.0), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop, Visual Basic, MySQL, CORE HR and CORE Payroll. I have extensive experience of Payroll Processing and of Higher Education Payroll Requirements. I have a keen interest in business process modelling, system analytics and customer satisfaction balanced with 7 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, having worked and studied in the trade both here in Ireland and overseas. Over the years I have also participated and contributed actively in my local angling and boating clubs.
