Thermo-Sheath™ Structural Sheathings are thinner and more economical replacements for the un-insulated and insulated Huber Zip System. More broadly Thermo-Sheath is a thinner and more economical replacement for OSB and plywood wall sheathings. Install Thermo-Sheath in place of OSB or plywood and building wrap on your walls, as ThermoSheath is an approved “weather resistant barrier”. Because ThermoSheath is thin, there is still space within your wall design to add energy code compliant insulation board. Thermo-Sheath is also designed and building code listed as an economical and extremely easy to handle, cut and install “draftstop” and “air barrier”.
