Under his guidance, I learnt very quickly, and together we made some notable pieces of work. Some of my proudest work in my book was conceived during my time in his awesome agency, because of Mark's strategic and creative direction. Today, I walk into my office everyday treating my staff the same way he treated me, and it's nice to know being genuine and sincere goes a long way in this industry.
