Currently the Chief Executive Officer of a charity organisation in North Yorkshire.Previous roles include, Chief Operating Officer, Director and managerial appointments with experience in the education sector, the delivery of veterinary mobile CT & MRI services, logistics and soft facilities services across multiple contracts and geographical regions. A reputation for developing collaborative senior stakeholder relationships whilst achieving exceptional operational standards with experience of leadership, change management, human resources and strategic decision making in complex and dynamic situations.Able to advise the senior team and investors to exceed annual performance and KPI targets through effective communication and leadership skills. Commercially astute with significant experience of identifying and maximising commercial and financial opportunities.34 years in the Army achieving ranks from Private soldier to Major. On leaving the services joined Sodexo as an Account Manager during which time gained huge experience in projects and Account Manager roles in the Capital, North East Multi Activity contracts and United States Royal Air Force. A similar role in Aramark as an Area Operations Director followed by the Chief Operating Officer for Burgess Diagnostics where I was a member of the Board and Senior Management Team.I have and continue to work in a concentrated microcosm of society with a mix of people of differing ages and abilities with a diverse social and ethnic background; it matters not, I treat everyone with the same respect.
