With a degree in Biological Sciences and a PhD in Ecology both from Oxford University I went on to follow my passion for science education. After training with Teach First in the UK, I currently teach IB Diploma Biology at the International School of Amsterdam where I am the Head of Science. As an IB Workshop Leader I enjoy helping other educators from around the world to develop their pedagogical practices.I am also a Director at African Conservation Experience where I oversee the finances and compliance. I also oversee the management of the educational trips we organise for schools and colleges, where students work alongside professionals to learn how wildlife conservation works in southern Africa.
