• Creating/managing and adapting planning strategies to produce right first time with a high level of On-Time in Full (OTIF) delivery in the most efficient way possible• Monthly Sales, Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) presentation to Senior Leadership Team setting out plans for upcoming month, including order book adherence to AOP, headcount planning and capacity planning• Conducting capacity reviews, developing mitigating options including recommendations for new mould tools/equipment• Creation of volume plan using data from Product management that fed into financial and operational Annual Operating Plan (AOP)• Lead role in implementing Fixed Repeating Schedules/Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Lean concept into production• Key role in wider supply chain activities, including reviewing/analysing forecasts, strategizing with Product Managers• Liaising with a large variety of departments as well as multiple levels both up and down the hierarchy• Significant role in site closure project including creation of plan for mould tool exits, inventory requirements. Lead role in execution of agreed plan, risk assessments and creation of mitigating options • Management of a team of two production planners• Goal setting for direct reports – aligned with corporate goal tree, and annual Performance Management and Development (PMD) process – with regular updates• Coordination of a multi-skilled, multi-functional assembly team

• Control of production planning for manufacturing site, with responsibility for creating and executing manufacturing, resource, packing and distribution plans• Critical input into demand planning function• Continuous Improvement projects – most notable $230K first year saving through Lean concepts applied to production assembly line• New product development integration into production• KPI’s identified and managed• Experience in cost analysis• Responsibility for Bill of Materials set-up and maintenance within Syspro
