- Worked in partnership with other healthcare providers to develop a joint resource aimed at treating lower acuity patients away from acute trusts, which supported low conveyance levels of patients to hospital (40% conveyance average).- In this role, I developed the local annual strategic plan that provided direction and vision for operational leadership. This influenced the development of a new communications strategy to better engage our staff following staff feedback.- I became the key contact for operational analytics within the division. This involved providing regular analytical reports to divisional and trust senior leaders to help support decision making during the pandemic, whilst simultaneously introducing new analytical tools and proposing well informed and pragmatic solution to problems for consideration.

- Lead the delivery of sports technology services to clients such as The English Football Association, The Premier League and UEFA- Chosen as part of a team of 5 advanced operators to provide a highly pressured service in the UEFA Champions League, liaising closely with UEFA officials as well as delivering this service to some of the world’s best referees - Responsible for upholding high standards of service, logistics and delivery to clients weekly whilst co-ordinating with other broadcast providers such as Sky Sports and BT Sports

- Helped triple the company’s client base over a 6-month period whilst also helping triple the size of the company’s premises - Developed a training system/product that successfully helped over 50 women lose weight and improve self esteem as well as dramatically increasing company turnover via increased sales - Led on several areas of the company including staff hiring, client service, product delivery, staff management, product perfection and sales
