My practice focuses on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) matters, including FERC investigations, litigation and related court appeals, as well as Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) investigations affecting the energy industry. In addition to compliance and enforcement matters, I handle oil and natural gas pipeline rate and tariff proceedings for shippers. I also work with LNG and shale developers to address commercial and regulatory issues in the U.S.
