Manage a Plumbing and Heating Service Department of 4-5 mechanics to meet customers needs on a highest priorities basis. Front-line communications with established and new customers to understand and fulfill their service and construction needs, thereby growing the business owners customer base. Schedule meetings with customers and contractors to determine scope of work for planned projects. Perform jobsite surveys, design and estimate jobs, and write contract proposals. Schedule awarded work. Coordinate with other trades to facilitate an efficient construction process.

Learning the plumbing and heating trade engaged in new construction, remodeling, and service. Thus building on extensive prior trade experience including: licensed electrician(WA State), boat builder, carpenter, rigger, and welder.
