One of my distinctive strengths is my expertise in additive manufacturing and special processes, such as direct metal laser sintering, electron beam melting, thermal coatings, EDM, AWJ, and NDT. As the former COO of Sintavia, a vertically integrated, heavily engineered, additive manufacturing company, I facilitated the operation of 24 additive machines and a full metallographic and non-destructive testing laboratory. I also managed multiple divisions and teams as the general manager of Hanwha Aerospace USA and EBTEC Corp, where I implemented process improvements, product service, and new business development strategies.
